Ouzo
With the original family recipe that has remained unchanged since 1960 in the Alexandridis distillate with the characteristic blue label. It is a favorite Greek habit to let this kind of drink and the mood to guide them in the most joyful moments with friends.
How to Serve it
We prefer to serve at room temperature, or ideally between 8-10 ° C. First, we fill the glass with ice and our distillate. Of course we can, instead of ice, add cool water to “break” the alcohol a little. If the occasion approves it … we can enjoy it to the fullest, avoiding the water/ice part! Then, with small rotating movements, we mix and bring out its aromas from the glass. Cheers! ..or Στην υγειά μας! (stin‿iˈʝa‿mas)
